My name is Richard Hannah, Owner and operator of Hannah’s Home Inspections.  I have recently completed and received my certification in the Home Inspection servicing field through the Professional Home inspectors Institute, ( Certificate  # LMH3000026105). I am currently continuing my education in the area of Mold and Mildew inspection and remediation, which I know has become a concern and issue in the existing housing market.  I will be adding this service to my business once I have completed my training.  

    Having always felt the need to provide a service to my community and all of mankind, I focused on careers in the construction of homes, both site built and in the manufactured housing industry. My initial experience began in the early 1990’s, with the Self-Help Housing projects in Fayette County, Wilt Weatherization, and Palm Harbor Homes. By learning the various phases of the construction process from the ground up and inside out, I gained an understanding of the importance of building solid homes that would last a lifetime.  

    Following a greater calling, I served my country in the United States Marine Corp, for 8 ½ years, stationed at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina.  Upon returning to civilian life, I worked as a private contractor and maintenance director for an assisted living facility in Grove City, Ohio. 

    It is with knowing my continued need to provide a valuable service to my community and to the public that I have entered the field of Home Inspections and started my business.  My goals are to provide home owners and prospective home owners with the knowledge needed in making their home investment decisions. The owner, in protecting and maintaining their home investment and asset, and the prospective owner in assuring them they are securing a sound home investment.
